BYJU’s has approved the board’s decision to revise its previous Employee Stock Option Plan 2015 with the new ESOP plan 2019. With this resolution, the Bengaluru-based edtech company has proposed to add 99,259 shares to ESOP 2019 from 39,390 options, expanding its ESOP pool to 1,38,648 options. In April 2019, the company has crossed USD 28.61 million in monthly revenue, and was last valued at USD 5.7 billion.
