Embibe, a Bengaluru-based edtech startup, has secured INR 90 crore as part of share capital from existing investor Reliance Industries. This time around Reliance allocated a total of 899198 preference shares as part of the transaction at a premium of Rs. 1000 per share. Reliance had already invested rupee equivalent of USD 180 million in Embibe over a period of three years.
